Join us for a 16 week program geared towards completing a full or half marathon in the fall. Whether you are training for a specific event, it's your first time at this distance or you're looking to PR you will arrive at the start line prepared to not only finish but to conquer the distance. Our coach will discuss race nutrition, breathing, pacing and hydration among other topics of interest.
Half Marathon Program requirements: Running consistently for at least 6 months and able to run 10k comfortably.
Marathon Program requirements: Running consistently for at least 6 months and able to run for 90 minutes comfortably.
Group meets every Saturday morning at 7:00AM for 16weeks starting June 16, 2018.
Regular fee $200 +HST but we are offering this class at NO CHARGE. Let us introduce you to our running community!
