Have you always wanted to run but don't know where to begin? Join us for our 8 week program and learn the basics such as breathing, cadence, gait, nutrition, injury prevention and much more! Meet as a group once a week with weekly recommended "homework" runs.
All you need are running shoes, a water bottle, enthusiasm and a sense of humor!
